By using the services, you represent that you meet the age requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Users must create an account with a valid email address and secure password.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You retain full ownership of the stories, comments, and other content you submit to Lively!.

By submitting content, you grant Lively! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and use the content to provide and promote the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on others' intellectual property rights.

Lively! reserves the right to remove, edit, or block content that violates these rules or is deemed inappropriate for our community.

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

Engage in harassment, abuse, bullying, or harmful behavior toward other users or community members.

Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software that could damage our systems or user devices.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, our systems, or any part of Lively!'s infrastructure.

All rights, titles, and interests in Lively!'s software, design, branding, logos, and platform content (excluding user submissions) belong exclusively to Lively!.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our platform without express written permission.

Lively! is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the platform will meet all your requirements.

We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or harm resulting from use of the service, user-generated content, or platform interactions.

Lively! is not responsible for third-party content, advertisements, or external links provided on our platform.

We may suspend or terminate user accounts at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

Users may delete their account and associated data at any time through account settings.

Termination does not waive any obligations or rights that accrued prior to the termination date.

Your use of Lively! is also governed by our Privacy Policy, effective October 10, 2025. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be notified to users via the app, website announcement, or email notification.

Continued use of Lively! after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
