By using the services, you represent that you meet the age requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Users must create an account with a valid email and password to access Lively! features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password security.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account on our storytelling platform.

You retain ownership of the stories, comments, and other content you submit to Lively! platform.

By submitting content, you grant Lively! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, distribute, and use the content to provide and promote the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to post anything illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing on others' intellectual property rights.

Lively! reserves the right to remove, edit, or block content that violates these rules or is deemed inappropriate for our community.

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using Lively! services.

Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users in our community.

Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful software that could damage our platform.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or Lively!'s systems through hacking or phishing.

All rights, titles, and interests in Lively!'s software, design, branding, and content (excluding user submissions) belong to Lively! and are protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission from Lively!

Lively! is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation of our platform.

We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or harm resulting from use of the service or user-generated content.

Lively! is not responsible for third-party content, advertisements, or external links on our platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service.

Users may delete their account and associated data at any time through account settings.

Termination does not waive any obligations or rights accrued prior to termination date.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements.

Material changes will be notified via the app, website notification, or email to your registered address.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and Indian jurisdiction applies to all disputes.

Any disputes arising from use of Lively! services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
